Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred. Experienced FMCG sales candidates will receive preference. Experience and Skills Preferably 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, tea distribution, or dealer development. Freshers with strong communication and sales abilities may apply. Ability to develop retail, wholesale, and dealer networks. Strong negotiation, customer relationship, and sales presentation skills. Ability to achieve monthly sales targets. Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and sales reporting knowledge. Job Responsibilities Promote and sell JAR TEA products across assigned territories. Visit retailers, grocery shops, tea stalls, supermarkets, and wholesalers. Identify new dealers and distributors. Collect orders and follow up on deliveries and payments. Build long-term relationships with customers. Conduct daily field visits and prepare sales reports. Monitor market competition and identify business opportunities. Support marketing campaigns and brand promotion. Additional Requirements Willingness to work extensively in the field. Good physical fitness for regular field visits. Honest, disciplined, punctual, and target-oriented. Motorcycle riding ability and a valid licence will be an advantage. Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
