1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AMITOMI and related services.
By creating an account or using AMITOMI, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable AMITOMI policies.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information where required and for protecting your login credentials.
You must not sell, transfer or misuse an account in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.
3. Age and Eligibility
You may use AMITOMI only if you meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements applicable to the service and your location.
Certain future features may have different age requirements or require parental or guardian involvement.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of intellectual-property rights you hold in content you create and submit to AMITOMI.
When you upload or publish content, you grant AMITOMI the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, process, reproduce, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and providing the service, consistent with your applicable settings and these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary for content you submit.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use AMITOMI to:
- Engage in fraud, phishing or deceptive schemes.
- Threaten, exploit or seriously harass people.
- Distribute malicious software or harmful links.
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.
- Publish unlawful content or violate the rights of others.
- Exploit children or distribute prohibited abusive material.
- Operate spam or manipulation systems.
- Interfere with the security or normal operation of AMITOMI.

7. Platform Moderation
AMITOMI may review reports and take proportionate action where content or activity appears to violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, safety requirements or applicable law.
Actions may include limiting distribution, removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts or disabling accounts.
8. Intellectual Property
AMITOMI's name, logos, platform design, software and other protected materials may not be copied, misrepresented or used in a manner that violates applicable intellectual-property rights.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of AMITOMI intellectual property to users.
9. Third-Party Services
AMITOMI may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Changes to the Service
AMITOMI is evolving. Features may be introduced, modified, restricted or discontinued as the platform develops.
11. Suspension and Termination
Users may stop using AMITOMI subject to available account and data-management procedures.
AMITOMI may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, legal rights or security, or where these Terms are materially or repeatedly violated.
12. Service Availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but AMITOMI cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Maintenance, security incidents, infrastructure failures or other events may temporarily affect service availability.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to AMITOMI will be subject to the limitations and protections available under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Applicable Law and Local Rights
Users may have mandatory legal rights under the laws applicable where they live. These Terms are not intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
